Applied a machine learning model (fully convolutional network; FCN) to repair raw, misclassified Compton camera triple-scatter prompt gamma interactions in phantom patient experimental data and generated 1-D and 2-D reconstructions of the proton beam using simple back projection (SBP) and kernel-expectation maximization (KEM) algorithms.
Implemented a reorientation Python script to account for differences in camera orientation between training and testing of the machine learning model.

A healthcare data analytics externship with TruBridge focused on analyzing public health datasets and building dashboards for infection tracking and outcome trends.
The externship worked with large public healthcare datasets to explore patterns in infections and clinical outcomes. Tasks included statistical and correlational analysis, data cleaning, and building interactive visualizations. The work produced dashboards and analyses that documented observed trends in the supplied datasets.
I translated raw public-health data into cleaned datasets, statistical summaries, and interactive dashboards, then documented the analytical choices and limitations for each deliverable.
