Project breakdown

The work picked Kohl's Corporation (KSS) as the stock to analyze. I explained why I committed to that name, noted using AI tools to accelerate research, and reflected on overcoming procrastination when choosing the company.

I located the company 10-K, extracted direct quotes and evidence into the qualitative analysis sheet, reconciled AI-provided text with the original filing, and noted challenges converting MD&A and risk drivers into the template.
