Performed trade-off and sensitivity analyses across multiple walking-distance policies, identifying operational strategies to reduce logistics expenditures by up to 38%.
Performed root-cause analysis on high-volume ordering and distribution workflows using Human Factors frameworks. The externship combined web scraping and qualitative analysis to study new-hire experiences in Amazon fulfillment operations. The work involved collecting employee reviews, extracting themes and personas, and translating those findings into actionable recommendations for Learning Ambassadors. Deliverables documented patterns in early-tenure attrition and proposed persona-driven engagement tactics.
