The externship required preparing financials and a valuation for a mature, family-owned IT firm that was preparing for sale. The work involved cleaning the company books, constructing a defensible forecast model, and producing a valuation deliverable. The final outputs were a cleaned set of financial statements, a forecast model, and a valuation report.
Below are the concrete outputs I produced for the externship: the administrative step that enabled confidential access, followed by financial clean-up, forecasting, and valuation work documented in the deliverables.
