The externship produced cleaned financial statements, a multi-year forecast, and a private-company valuation for a 40-year-old, $80M family-owned IT firm. The work reconciled historical accounts, built a defensible forecast model, and produced a valuation deliverable reflecting the firm's cash flows and multiples.
