PwC x Extern AI Non-profit Consulting Externship

What I've accomplished

Built a replicable AI-assisted research workflow that reduced quarterly prospect research from 40+ hours to 2-3 hours. Deep-dived 5 finalist organizations to identify the right contacts and partnership positioning for RSF.

Outcome

Delivered a $200K+ institutional funding pipeline, identified a $50K-$75K funding gap with 3 strategic recommendations, and built a scalable AI workflow RSF can use independently every quarter. Presented findings directly to the nonprofit's founders. Link to my deliverable: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1h6ILpi5BVQH5D9D-DtGaNJJCpAg_qqL57qv_spT2HN4/edit?usp=sharing
