Don't Waste, Just Replace
For global remote coordination, I was responsible for and assisted the full digital roll-out of the project to 20 different communities across four continents by tailoring our communication to different time zones. For operational troubleshooting and helpdesk support, I served as the central point of contact for the local community leads and worked through operational, digital and logistical bottlenecks with remote collaboration and online tooling. I established standard procedures and digital workflows, trackers, and documentation standards to monitor critical milestones, track issues, and align on project outputs. We held regular remote syncs and check-ins in English, translating our ambitious overarching goals into concrete tasks, walking different digital literacy levels through the execution.
