The externship investigated Gen Z behavior on Pinterest through a structured survey built on the Jobs-to-be-Done framework. The work involved designing and deploying a survey to at least 30 Gen Z respondents, then analyzing responses to identify a single evidence-backed insight. The final deliverable was a concise insight packaged for an advertiser-facing pitch.
