Overview

The externship investigated why the same shopper chooses different beverage brands across visits. The work designed and ran a customer survey, benchmarked competitors across the category, and compiled findings into a consulting-style case that summarized tradeoffs and evidence for executive review.

What I've accomplished

I mapped the company's refrigerated product portfolio, designed a six-question Gen Z survey with trade-off and price logic, and published it as a Google Form for data collection.
