The work gathered and analyzed employee feedback related to onboarding and early-tenure experience, mapped common exit drivers, and translated those patterns into persona-driven strategies for Learning Ambassadors. The project combined web-scraped review analysis with operational-context research to produce targeted recommendations.
I researched how fulfillment centers operate and how those operations intersect with frontline workforce experience, using that context to interpret employee feedback and shape practical recommendations.
