The externship produced cleaned financial statements, a forecast model, and a valuation for a family-owned IT company preparing for sale. Work involved reconciling bookkeeping artifacts, building a defensible revenue and expense forecast, and applying valuation methods to produce a buyer-facing estimate.
I built a formula-driven spreadsheet that reconstructs income, balance sheet, cash flow, and an equity rollforward from five years of audited statements, and calculated eight FP&A ratios plus audited checks and a concise three-bullet FP&A readout.
