    Analyzed relationships between crime rates and Airbnb pricing across 12+ Dallas-Fort Worth police districts using Snowflake, Tableau, and Alteryx. Built an end-to-end ETL pipeline that integrated seven disparate datasets into a unified analytical model for reporting and visualization. Developed an interactive Tableau dashboard featuring pricing, crime density, and property-type analyses, enabling stakeholders to identify geographic pricing trends.
