The externship analyzed large public healthcare datasets to explore infection tracking and outcome patterns. Work combined statistical and correlational analysis with dashboard design and trend exploration. Deliverables included data summaries and visualizations that documented observed patterns in the source datasets.
I validated a Lake County, IN public health dataset by assessing structure, unit of analysis, variable types, sample size, missingness, and pairing plausibility, and concluded it met all six fitness criteria for analysis.
