Overview

The externship examined Amazon fulfillment center operations and people-data to address early new-hire attrition. The work combined web-scraped employee reviews with operational-context analysis to surface patterns affecting frontline workforce experience. Deliverables documented operational drivers and synthesized people-analytics findings into actionable summaries.

What I've accomplished

I produced a role-level operational map that documented responsibilities, collaboration links, and common tools for Learning Ambassadors, Stowers, Pickers, and Packers.

Project breakdown

The project summarized FC roles (Learning Ambassador, Stower, Picker, Packer), their main responsibilities, who they worked closely with, common tools, and notes on why each role mattered, producing a role-by-role workforce structure spreadsheet.

In the externship I removed empty or low-value columns, cleaned review fields with pandas in Colab, and exported a tidy CSV of Glassdoor reviews. The cleaned sheet lists dates, locations, job titles, ratings, pros, cons, and advice to management.
