I'm a data-driven student at UMD and an Analytics Extern at Amazon. I leverage data visualization and research to uncover trends and improve both customer and employee experiences.

I’m passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and make processes more efficient. My experience in customer-facing roles has helped me develop strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills, while my academic and hands-on experience has allowed me to build technical skills in areas such as Salesforce, SQL, Excel, data analysis and Microsoft Office. I’m especially interested in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and IT Operations. I enjoy understanding how systems and processes work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning.
