What I've accomplished
I secured a grant from the Pacific Basin Research Center to lead a project that provided alternative educational channels about the most common taboo topics in Nepali schools and communities.
Outcome
I facilitated conversations on victim restoration among women of suburban Nepal, aiding their understanding of support avilable support to combat gender based violance.

A six-week externship with the Center for Improving Youth Justice focused on turning juvenile-justice datasets into publication-ready visualizations.
Overview
The externship processed curated CIYJ datasets on facility safety, fairness, rehabilitation, and youth perceptions. The work involved cleaning and analyzing those datasets and producing interactive visualizations using Flourish and static assets in Canva. The deliverables included publication-quality charts and story-ready graphics.

What I've accomplished
I translated CIYJ data into clear visuals, moving from raw examples to finished chart assets and interactive graphics suitable for reports and presentations.
