During my externship with News Corp, I took on the role of a product manager for the NY Post. I focused on enhancing user engagement while maintaining the publication's commitment to authenticity. My work involved mapping user journeys, benchmarking against competitors, designing a new app feature, testing it through focus groups, and ultimately pitching my proposal.
I produced a Canva prototype for a Custom Alerts feature, ran a focus group that generated usability insights and recommendations, and consolidated benchmarking and journey research into concise, actionable recaps.
