The externship delivered financial-cleanup, forecasting, and valuation work for a privately held IT company preparing for sale. The work involved organizing historical financial statements, building a multi-year forecast model, and producing a valuation built from those outputs. Deliverables included cleaned financial schedules, a forecast model, and a valuation summary.
I delivered a single workbook consolidating five years of audited statements, an inputs-driven financial model with IS/BS/CFS, an equity rollforward, an 8-ratio analysis, and 15 audit checks, all documented with data sources and model conventions.
