Built a data-driven pitch deck for a mental health nonprofit that secured $5,000 in funding and influenced firm-wide leadership to invest further in mental health resources — combining research and storytelling to drive a funding decision.
Conducted a mixed-methods study (surveys and interviews) to identify user needs for a navigation-based learning game, using qualitative and quantitative data to resolve design ambiguity and prioritize which features to build. Reduced game task completion times and improved mental model alignment through iterative prototype testing and heuristic evaluation (Nielsen’s 10 usability heuristics).
