The externship analyzed CIYJ's longitudinal dataset of youth and staff surveys, incident reports, demographic records, and outcome measures. The work involved parsing real case examples and translating those records into structured narratives and data-ready case summaries. Deliverables included cleaned case summaries and identified patterns across incidents.
I transformed raw facility records and narrative case material into structured, analyzable examples and concise summaries that could be used alongside quantitative analysis.
