The work mapped operational roles and analyzed employee voice data from Glassdoor and YouTube to surface sentiment, themes, and workforce segments. Deliverables included a role-by-role workforce map, cleaned media metadata and transcripts, sentiment and keyword analyses, a theme-quote matrix, labeled review segments, and a pilot-ready intervention for shift fatigue.

What I've accomplished

I built an initial SQLite analytics dataset, authored SQL queries that counted distinct products and reported total Meta ad spend and checkout sessions, and recorded schema notes and join queries for later transformation work.
