Overview
The work applied The Lean Startup Co's Incorruptible 4 diagnostic framework to analyze product and brand decisions. The project introduced the framework, demonstrated how to spot the "Ick Factor," and produced diagnostic notes that applied each of the four lenses to real-brand examples.
What I've accomplished
I produced an Incorruptible scorecard for Toys R Us that documented ownership and buyout debt issues and highlighted governance and financial weaknesses linked to the company's failure.
