Overview
This project evaluated startup sourcing approaches for a water utility context and mapped the stages of a sourcing funnel. Work included documenting terminology and establishing the criteria and flow used to screen and advance startups through sourcing stages.
What I've accomplished
I organized the programme work into a four-week sourcing funnel, established a shared glossary, and documented the sequence of evaluation steps used to screen and advance startups.
