Overview

The externship combined operational-strategy analysis and people-analytics methods applied to Amazon fulfillment centers. The work involved collecting and analyzing employee feedback, building persona-driven insights, and proposing targeted interventions for early-tenure retention. Deliverables included scraped review data, synthesized personas, and a set of recommended engagement tactics.

What I've accomplished

I produced a role table that mapped responsibilities, common tools, collaborators, and operational notes for seven fulfillment-center roles, then used that mapping to inform persona synthesis and engagement recommendations.

Project breakdown

I mapped the AFC workforce structure, listing core roles (Learning Ambassador, Stower, Packer, Picker, Area Manager, Robotics Technician, Process Assistant), their main responsibilities, who they worked with, common tools, and notes on shift patterns and physical demands.
