In this first project, you’ll use AI tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Replit to uncover what frustrates real customers—and turn that into insight under 30 minutes! You’ll create a Pain-Point Chart, learn how to spot what’s beneath the data, and comment on your peers’ charts using sharp, insight-driven questions. Everything you do will lead into one big goal: building a journey map that’s grounded in what real people actually need.

I distinguished between consumers and customers, developed an 'Ideal Consumer List' for targeted segments, and created a Customer Journey Map using the AIDA framework. This mapping highlighted critical touchpoints between the business and its consumers.

I analyzed consumer insights from survey data through both quantitative and qualitative methods. I utilized Google Sheets for data visualization, which allowed me to present findings clearly, culminating in AI-driven analysis that deepened my understanding of consumer behavior.
