In the Beats by Dre Data Analytics externship, I gained hands-on experience in decoding consumer conversations and deriving actionable insights. I utilized AI tools and data analytics techniques to analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and sentiment, ultimately guiding strategic business decisions with a focus on consumer behavior.
I produced a set of consumer-insight artifacts: nine ranked headphone pain points from 100+ reviews, a detailed AIDA customer journey map, cleaned survey datasets with quantitative summaries and charts, sentiment analysis of 652 reviews with a competitive comparison, and an 8-slide recommendation deck.
