The work reviewed and reconciled Attronica's historical financial statements, constructed a multi-year forecast model, and produced a valuation using standard private-company approaches. Deliverables included cleaned books, scenario-based forecasts, and a valuation report suitable for review by company leadership.
I handled the initial confidentiality and intake requirement for the engagement so the rest of the FP&A and valuation work could proceed.
