The externship cleaned and organized historical financials, developed a forecast model, and produced a private-company valuation for a 40-year-old, family-owned IT firm preparing for sale. Work included reconciling the three financial statements, building a defensible forecast, and delivering valuation outputs for review.
I handled the engagement onboarding, reviewed the company's financial statements, and completed the initial confidentiality and orientation steps before starting analysis.
