Overview

The work examined how fulfillment center operations relate to new-hire experiences and early retention. It combined web-scraped employee reviews with qualitative analysis and produced persona-driven insight summaries. Deliverables included a structured, CSV-style workforce roster and recommended early-tenure touchpoints.

What I've accomplished

I produced a structured, CSV-style workforce roster that listed each fulfillment-center role, primary responsibilities, close collaborators, common tools and systems, and annotating notes.

Project breakdown

The project compiled a role-by-role workforce map for a fulfillment center, listing each role, main responsibilities, who they work closely with, common tools/systems, and notes. The deliverable produced a structured CSV-style roster of frontline and support roles.

I gathered Glassdoor reviews and YouTube transcripts, cleaned and standardized fields with Python/Pandas, annotated strong versus weak voice examples, and exported analysis-ready CSVs and spreadsheets showing cleaned reviews and structured video transcripts.

The project combined cleaned Glassdoor and YouTube feedback, tokenized keywords, computed sentiment scores, and produced charts and word clouds. It found Glassdoor showed more structured themes (pay, benefits), while YouTube was more reactive with complaints about long hours.
