Overview
The project surveyed startup technologies relevant to New York City's water utility and documented a sourcing funnel for evaluating candidate vendors. Work mapped a four-week build plan, defined a program glossary to standardize terms, and outlined the sequence of screening, evaluation, and outreach steps used to surface and progress startups through the funnel.
What I've accomplished
I selected a challenge lane (Resource and Energy Recovery), defined a focused use case within that lane, and produced an opening slide that stated the lane and research focus.
Project breakdown
I selected the Resource and Energy Recovery lane after reviewing the three ETL challenges, then drafted an opening slide that stated my chosen focus and why it fit my background in wastewater. The submission produced the slide file linked as the deliverable.

AccessI selected SewerAI for the lane, drafted a sourced company profile using public records and the company site, then ran the eligibility gate and relevance rubric. The submission recorded verified fields (product stage, HQ, traction, funding) and screening decisions.
