Overview
The project surveyed startup technologies relevant to New York City's water utility and documented a sourcing funnel for evaluating candidate vendors. Work mapped a four-week build plan, defined a program glossary to standardize terms, and outlined the sequence of screening, evaluation, and outreach steps used to surface and progress startups through the funnel.
What I've accomplished
Over four weeks I mapped the sourcing funnel, compiled a program glossary, and documented how candidate startups move from initial screen to evaluation and outreach.
