I analyzed how fulfillment-center operations affect workforce retention and onboarding. This included quantitative analysis of employee reviews, creating persona-driven strategies, and evaluating operational tradeoffs. I delivered insights from web-scraped reviews and proposed interventions

Amazon Operational Strategy & People Analytics Externship

What I've accomplished

I analyzed operational context and employee experience data, built persona-driven findings, and proposed strategic recommendations for early-tenure retention in Amazon fulfillment centers.

Project breakdown

I mapped FC roles from Learning Ambassador to Robotics Technician, listed main responsibilities, who each role worked closely with, common tools, and notes. The submission produced a structured spreadsheet of role definitions and tools used on the floor.
