Understand the Operational ChallengeI mapped the workforce structure at an Amazon fulfillment center and documented each role's responsibilities, tools, and collaboration links in a shared spreadsheet.

Collect & Clean Employee Voice DataI cleaned and structured employee feedback from Glassdoor and YouTube, producing a deduplicated dataset and examples of strong positive and negative voice.

Find Sentiment & Keyword Patterns in Employee Voice DataI cleaned and prepared Glassdoor and YouTube text, applied sentiment scoring, and compared platform insights for the module's deliverable.

Uncover Themes & Root Causes in Employee Voice DataI identified themes and traced root causes in employee feedback, then built a 5 Whys root-cause analysis and visualized the burnout loop.
