The externship applied Eric Ries's Incorruptible 4 framework to diagnose strategic weaknesses in prominent brands. Work involved learning the diagnostic lens, practicing assessments against real brand examples, and sharpening the Incorruptible diagnostic technique. The deliverable was a set of diagnostic evaluations produced during the programme.
I produced a complete Incorruptible audit of Peloton, including evidence summaries for each of the four dimensions and a slide deck with a concise scorecard.
I audited Peloton for Mission Drive, Financial Gravity, Governance, and Mission Transmission. I summarized evidence on a safety recall, company statements, and mission drift, and produced a slide deck that linked these findings to a concise Incorruptible scorecard.
