I graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Quantitative Finance, completing my degree in three years with a concentration in Quantitative Methods. I am now pursuing an MBA in Financial Engineering, expected to graduate in May 2028. My experience includes finance and data analytics, nonprofit consulting, and co-founding BullBear, an educational investing platform. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact through my work, whether it be through innovative research, industry leadership, or community service.

What I've accomplished

Led product and quantitative development while helping build BullBear’s trading and portfolio experience. Integrated real-time market data, portfolio analytics, gamified learning, and AI-driven trade feedback. Developed features addressing behavioral patterns such as overtrading, lack of practice, poor execution, and portfolio concentration.

Outcome

BullBear reached 600+ users and achieved a 68.3% retention rate, outperforming the 53.5% industry benchmark by 14.8 percentage points. Users averaged 3-5 sessions per week, each lasting approximately 18 minutes, demonstrating strong engagement with the platform’s educational and gamified features. The project was also recognized as a Best Pitch Runner-Up, highlighting the strength of our product.

What I've accomplished

Built an Excel valuation model using CAPM, Gordon Growth, and payout-based approaches to estimate cost of equity and WACC. Forecasted income statements, balance sheets, and free cash flows, then applied a DCF model, comparable-company multiples, sensitivity analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation.

Outcome

The DCF model produced an implied share price of approximately $261.67 compared with J&J’s $142 market price at the time of analysis. Sensitivity and Monte Carlo analysis tested valuation risk, while peer comparisons with Pfizer, Merck, and Bristol Myers Squibb supported the overall investment assessment.
