I mapped the user journey, benchmarked competitors, designed a new app feature, and tested it through focus groups. This experience deepened my understanding of balancing innovation with core values in social media.

I designed and validated RealTalk, a 5-minute paste-blocked text feature with topic selection and Friendship Bridge, produced its flow and acceptance criteria, prototyped UI states, ran a focus-group plan, and revised the concept with an Audience Selector and 60-second Undo after user feedback.
