I hold a bachelors degree and Im building practical experience in people analytics and operational strategy. I completed an Amazon externship focused on using employee review data to diagnose early turnover and design persona-driven onboarding improvements. My immediate goal is to strengthen my resume and move into an entry-level role or internship in HR analytics or operations.

The work mapped duties, tools, and close collaborators for Stower, Picker, Packer, and Learning Ambassador roles.
