How AI Reads Pharmaceutical DocumentsI reviewed a bundled pharmaceutical vendor file, identified document types and format inconsistencies, and documented OCR/data-extraction challenges.

Learn to Work with Python for AI-Powered Document ProcessingI prepared and cleaned pharmaceutical-style data and images using Python in Google Colab, applying Pandas, regex, and OpenCV/PIL techniques across exercises and preprocessing tasks.

Data Extraction from Documents Using PythonI extracted structured data from multi-page SDF PDFs using Python and shared the runnable Colab notebook.

Advanced OCR Comparison and Layout-Aware ExtractionI compared Tesseract, EasyOCR, and PaddleOCR on a scanned pharmaceutical Certificate of Quality and produced a written comparison plus notebooks showing tests and code.

Introduction to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)I built and tested a complete RAG pipeline for document retrieval using LlamaIndex, including embedding, chunking, retrieval and re-ranking choices.

Advanced RAG and Open-Source ExperimentsI ran three RAG configurations on a sample SDF document, compared retrieved chunks and answers, and logged differences in relevance and confidence.

Blob Processing, Classification, and RoutingI built a page-level segmentation and classification pipeline that identified document boundaries and assigned doc_type labels to pages in bundled pharmaceutical PDFs.

Gradio Chatbot with RAG IntegrationI built a Gradio chatbot UI and connected it to a local RAG pipeline so users could ask questions about a PDF through a web interface.
