The externship examined Gen Z behavior on Pinterest by designing and running original consumer research. Over six weeks the work used the Jobs-to-be-Done framework to build and deploy a survey to at least 30 Gen Z respondents, then analyzed responses and packaged a single evidence-backed insight into an advertiser-facing pitch.
