Overview

The externship combined operational-strategy analysis with people-analytics methods to address new-hire turnover in Amazon fulfillment centers. The work collected and analyzed employee reviews, extracted themes, and translated those findings into persona-driven recommendations and strategy artifacts. Deliverables included scraped review datasets, thematic analyses, and candidate persona profiles.
