I am transitioning my career to gain concrete technical and professional skills, using past experience and a masters degree as a foundation.

I’m a U.S. Army veteran and career changer building a future in AI automation and quality engineering. I work as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and recently completed an AI Automation internship where I deployed 14 production workflows using n8n, Make.com, and REST APIs. I’m CompTIA A+ certified with Google AI Essentials, currently working toward Microsoft AZ-900 and PL-900 (expected November 2026), and pursuing an M.S. in Software Engineering at Kennesaw State. My background in government administration brings strong communication and documentation discipline to every technical team.

What I've accomplished

Designed an end-to-end intake-to-delivery pipeline that validates submissions, generates dynamic PDF proposals from plan-specific templates, organizes them in tiered Drive folders, AI-personalizes the client email, updates the CRM, and routes failures to Slack with Airtable error logging — all in under 30 seconds with zero human touch.

Outcome

Learnings & Reflection What surprised me most was how much of the value came from the boring parts — folder naming conventions, Slack failure routing, and Airtable error logs — not the AI personalization itself. With hindsight, I would have built the error-handling and retry logic before the happy path instead of bolting it on at the end; debugging a half-instrumented pipeline cost me more time t
