Overview

The externship examined new-hire retention challenges in Amazon fulfillment operations. The work combined web-scraped employee reviews with people-analytics methods to extract insights and build persona-driven recommendations for onboarding and learning teams. Deliverables included analyzed review data and persona profiles.

What I've accomplished

I produced a structured workforce spreadsheet that catalogued fulfillment-center roles, responsibilities, key collaborators, and the tools and interaction points linking those roles.

The project reviewed FC job roles, their responsibilities, key collaborators, and common tools. I built a structured workforce spreadsheet showing Learning Ambassadors, pickers, packers, stowers, area managers, process assistants, and robotics technicians, and noted tools and interaction points.
