Developed an end-to-end clinical supply plan for a simulated Phase II trial, covering demand forecasting, BOM creation, and packaging schedule. Simulated SAP process workflows including process order creation, goods receipt and consumption, and technical order completion (TECO). Coordinated packaging and labeling requirements against clinical study design, and built project timelines with tracked milestones to hold on-time delivery of trial supplies. Authored batch record documentation to support QA release of finished supplies, applying regulated-environment documentation standards.
Led and supported M&A integration of ExactCare Inc. and Tabula Rasa Inc. by standing up ticket visibility and intake tracking across merging teams, improving coordination and reducing duplicated effort during the merger. Maintained backlog hygiene and reporting in Jira, giving leadership a single view of upcoming work and cross-team dependencies through the transition.

The work examined care coordination and the case manager role at the Institute of Mental Health, applying process mapping and operational analysis to clinical workflows. They compared service models and analyzed operational tradeoffs to surface hidden coordination tasks and risks. The project produced mapped processes and analytic notes used for dashboard prototyping.
I analyzed care coordination workflows, compared service models, and reviewed an operational-efficiency case study to document how processes affect patient-facing experience and coordination work.
