Built and evaluated three bottle prototypes to improve product extraction and reduce moisturizer waste. Recorded and analyzed dispensing results in Microsoft Excel by comparing bottle weights before and after use. Validated a silicone-scraper design that left 0.30 oz of moisturizer, 57% less than the sloped-bottom prototype.

The externship examined retention at Amazon fulfillment centers by collecting and analyzing employee feedback and public reviews. The work combined web-scraped review data with qualitative analysis to surface patterns related to onboarding and early turnover. Outputs included clustered employee personas and prioritized findings drawn from the review corpus.
I produced a structured workforce map of fulfillment center positions, detailing each role's responsibilities and clarifying where Learning Ambassadors sit in the hierarchy and their duties for training and safety.
