The project cleaned historical financial statements, built a multi-year FP&A forecast, and produced a valuation for a privately held IT firm preparing for sale. Work included reconciling accounts, constructing forecast drivers and scenarios, and valuing the business using standard private-company methods.
I produced a ratios spreadsheet covering eight financial metrics across five years and a three-bullet FP&A read that compared Attronica's performance to industry benchmarks.
