About me

I'm a Computer Science student with hands-on experience in web and database applications, eager to launch my software development career.

I am currently studying Computer Science at Kennesaw State University, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in building web and database applications as part of a team. I’ve developed my skills in Java, Python, SQL, C#, Git/GitHub, Linux, and AWS fundamentals, emphasizing object-oriented development, debugging, and requirements analysis. I’m excited to secure an entry-level software development role where I can utilize my programming and problem-solving skills while continuing to grow as a software developer Engineer.

SQL & Database Architecture Externship with Breaking Games

Turn six messy CSVs into an analytics database and a Q4 dashboard that drives real business decisions. SQL + Claude.

Analytics Database DesignData AnalysisSQL FundamentalsData Storytelling

Overview

In my externship with Breaking Games, I transformed six disorganized CSV files into a structured analytics database and developed a Q4 dashboard that informed key business decisions. Through this project, I leveraged SQL and the Claude tool to enhance data accessibility and insights for the e-commerce team.

What I've accomplished

I produced a validated SQLite analytics database with standardized product identifiers, a dim_product dimension table, joined queries that trace customer journeys, and SQL reviewed and debugged with Claude.

Project breakdown

On Day 1 I inventoried six raw data sources, then ran SQL queries in SQLite to produce five instant answers (top products by units and revenue, product count, total ad spend, unique checkouts). Results and queries were recorded in a Week 1 playbook document.

A fragmented set of four spreadsheets was unified by creating dim_product, assigning clean product IDs, and writing INNER and LEFT JOIN queries to trace customer journeys and produce a product performance summary.
