I am Quincy Leon, a Budget & Financial Operations Analyst in the Army Reserves and a graduate student in Emory’s MBV program. The work mapped an Amazon fulfillment-centre workforce and collected employee voice data from public sources, then cleaned and analyzed that text to surface sentiment, themes, and root causes. Analysis included cohort segmentation and a ranked priority list, and concluded with a pilot-ready intervention packaged as a five-slide deck.

The externship taught AI agent engineering with n8n, emphasizing agent design, workflow automation, and live data integration.
