This is a supply chain business case for the hypothetical company Banana Inc., a grocery store. Customer order processing, invoicing, order validation, delivery and payment collection is implemented in Odoo 16’s Order to Cash workflow module. In addition, established a new workflow for vendor sourcing, purchasing, product receipt, vendor billing in the Procure-to-Pay module.
