Overview

The externship analyzed retention and onboarding challenges within Amazon's fulfillment operations. The work combined web-scraped employee reviews with structured analysis to identify themes in new-hire experience, and it produced persona-driven recommendations and supporting data artefacts used in subsequent strategy deliverables.

I produced a structured roster that documented Learning Ambassador and other core roles, detailing responsibilities, interactions, and common tools used across the fulfillment center.

Project breakdown
