Overview

The externship analyzed employee experience and retention challenges at Amazon fulfillment centers, combining web-scraped reviews with persona work and strategic recommendations. The project involved extracting themes from real employee feedback, building representative personas, and proposing targeted engagement tactics based on those findings.

What I've accomplished

I produced a role-by-role workforce map that listed responsibilities, primary interactions, and main tools for frontline roles such as Learning Ambassadors, Stowers, Pickers, Packers, Area Managers, and Robotics Technicians.

Project breakdown

The project summarized AFC roles and responsibilities, listing who each role worked with, main tools, and why the role mattered. I compiled a role-by-role workforce map (Learning Ambassador, Stower, Picker, Packer, Area Manager, Robotics Technician, etc.).
