    The same shopper sees 3 bottles in the grocery store: Health-Ade. Bolthouse Farms. Evolution Fresh. Different days, completely different purchases. All are owned by the same company, and their own purchase data can't explain what actually sends a shopper toward kombucha, cold-pressed juice, or a protein smoothie instead of one of the others. They want you to help figure it out: design and run a real survey, benchmark the category's biggest competitors, and build the kind of consulting-style case real firms use to brief executives. If you want to show future hiring managers you understand how to find out what their customer is ACTUALLY thinking, then these 6 weeks are for you.

Overview

The externship investigated customer choice across three owned beverage brands by designing and fielding a survey, benchmarking category competitors, and assembling a consulting-style case. The work combined primary survey data with competitor benchmarking and presented findings and recommendations as a compact business brief.
