I graduated with a degree in Computer Science and am building a career in cybersecurity through two main avenues: a hands-on security externship that focuses on TLS, certificate management, and security testing, and over three years in security operations, where I handled incident investigations and escalations at corporate sites. My background includes Python automation, monitoring, alerting infrastructure, and root-cause analysis. I am also pursuing my CompTIA Security+ certification.

The project recreated an operational IoT water-monitoring environment and exercised offensive and defensive operations against it. The work launched realistic attacks such as spoofing and replay, implemented network and cryptographic controls including TLS and mutual TLS, and documented defensive steps in a security playbook delivered to the partner.
I worked through a staged, hands-on program that combined threat emulation against an IoT water system with defensive implementation and documentation.
